Pop-up Dinner with Fayuca! Join us next Sunday, July 30th, for a fun, festive evening of North Pacific Mexican cuisine from the acclaimed Vancouver restaurant. Chefs Ernesto Gomez & Martin Vargas will be using the finest produce and meats from our farm, as well as regional seafood, complemented by optional cider pairings from Salt Spring Wild Cider.
